Credits
One-off packs in Australian dollars, tax included; checkout shows your own currency. Credits do not expire. A video with still scenes costs 1 credit for every 3 seconds, so about 10 for 30 seconds; each animated scene adds 5 credits a second of motion.
Buying asks us to start supplying credits straight away. Payments are taken by Stripe through Link, which handles VAT. An unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days; see the terms.

- A render fails or stalls
- Every credit it took goes back automatically. A render that runs over 12 minutes is stopped and refunded.
- The video ignores your script
- Within 24 hours of a finished video, press "Not what I scripted" and its credits go back. Twice a month per account.
- You change your mind about a pack
- An unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days, from your account menu, in one click.
- The free video
- Up to 30 seconds with still scenes, 720p, with a small mark at the top. If it fails, it stays unused. Paid videos are 1080p with no mark.
